2. How do I know which social media platforms are right for me?

It is important to figure out what platforms your target audience is already on and choose a platform that matches with the type of content that is being created. Because each business is different, this can be further discussed in a discovery call with us!

3. Do you create and curate all the content for my social media or do I have to provide you with anything?

We can create everything from scratch– there is no need for previous work if you have not created one.

4. What tools do you use for content production and social media management?

Hootsuite, a social media management tool that helps organize your social media posts and Canva is a great tool for content curation. There are a variety of tools out there that can help with your marketing management.

5. So what are you going to post?

Our posts will be curated based on the type of audience and clients for your respective business.

6. How often do you post and why?

This depends on the business you run and can be further discussed in a discover call with our team.

7. When do you charge me?

First invoice will be due when we start your campaign and cover your service for your first month with us. After that, you are billed on the 1st of the month every month.

8. Can we ever meet face to face?

Our services are entirely conducted online and we will be able to meet through video conferencing.

9. Can I cancel my contract at anytime?

You will be able to cancel your contract before you are billed for the following month.
